Microsoft Supporters are very very very useless. I've sent them iii support requests but they respond like a robot does. They keep asking me to choose the right category to put the online request, as I've tried to explain to them that to do as they said I have to know my MCID. The problem is whenever I tried to open my MCID link, it happens
"Sorry, something went wrong. Please attempt again after former. If the event still persists contactback up."
I have to know my exam schedule asap (70-778 and lxx-779) because my company HR Department need to verify my Studying schedule before giving me fourth dimension and money in social club to pursuit the MSCA BI Reporting certification.
I am very disappointed about Microsoft Supporters!!!
